I watched Lost rapidly over a few months and it didn't make any more sense to me. But maybe with a guide I won't be so *giggle* lost.

Didn't notice the pants thing. Ha. Nice.

I realized something else about this.

S 2 Ep 3:
Painting with Rowboat, seen twice in the Hospital.
S5 Ep 8:
Painting with Rowboat, seen in Todd's Uncles house.

When Walt is staring at the painting at Todd's uncles' he says something to the effect of "Where do you think these come from, do you think there's a factory pumping them out". Which ties into his craft and Jesse saying its an art, where he, just simple chemistry. A hint at the debate on the nature of art. This i found particularly interesting. I do consider crafts of artisans such as weaving fabrics, mixing up medicines or baking bread to be art. Guess what baking bread is an anagram of. However when their production becomes mechanical, it loses its artfulness.

There is also the scene were Hank is making Schraderbrau which i think is a reflection of the contention around the nature of substances and legality.
